Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – This is our standard 1-2 day delivery option for up to 6 bottles of Smidge/Moskito Guard 75ml. The Royal Mail will aim to deliver Monday to Saturday but we cannot guarantee timescales.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – This is our standard 2-4 working day delivery option for up to 6 bottles of Smidge/Moskito Guard 75ml. The Royal Mail will aim to deliver Monday to Saturday but we cannot guarantee timescales.

Courier – We use a combination of APC and Parcelforce. This option is automatically selected when more than 6 bottles of 75ml Smidge/Moskito Guard are purchased. This is due to Royal Mail liquid restrictions. You may also select this option if you wish for next day delivery.

The courier option is open to most mainland UK postcodes*. We aim to ship on the same day when ordered before 11am Monday to Thursday. If you order on a Friday, delivery will be made on the Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please get in touch as this has an additional charge. 

*Next day delivery is unavailable via courier for these postcodes: AB10-16, AB21-25, AB30-45, AB51-56, FK7-21, IV1-IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA40, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50, DD8-11.

Non-UK Orders – Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the UK. We have distributors in the Republic of Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Norway. Please get in touch for more information.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your Smidge product for whatever reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Postage will be at your own expense. Please return your unused products and proof of purchase to:
